These Terms govern your use of Lunku, a product of brAInam. By using lunku.brainam.ai or our services, you agree to these Terms.
Lunku provides AI-assisted marketing services — measuring your business and managing SEO, Google Business and Instagram — on the channels you choose. You approve the plan; we carry out the work, and changes to your site or posts are prepared for your review before going live.
You are responsible for the accounts and access you connect to Lunku and for keeping your login secure. You confirm you are authorised to connect the business, website and accounts you provide. You can revoke access at any time.
Plans are prepaid per term (monthly, quarterly or annual) and priced per business. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices and inclusions are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice; changes do not affect a term you have already paid for.
You agree to use Lunku lawfully and not to provide content or instructions that are illegal, infringing, deceptive or that violate the policies of the platforms you connect (such as Google and Instagram).
We work to improve your marketing outcomes and report them honestly, but search, maps and social results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
Content we create for you, once paid for, is yours to use. The Lunku platform, software and brand remain the property of brAInam.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
You can cancel at any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or end the service for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to its courts.
